Turn what your agency knows into technology you own

Yellow House Digital helps marketing, brand and creative agencies turn their expertise, methods and ideas into proprietary technology.

AI, software and automation. Built by someone who ran a 30-person agency for 12 years.

Who I Am

I know agencies because I ran one. And I know how to build the technology myself.

I co-founded and ran a 30-person digital agency for twelve years, working with brands including Volkswagen, Bose, Schweppes and McDonald's. Our work won a Cannes Lion, D&AD Pencil, Webby and Lovie.

Today I use that experience to build proprietary technology for agencies. I understand the business the software has to work inside - the clients, teams, margins, workflows and realities that do not appear in a technical brief.

I lead the product thinking, architecture, build and delivery myself.

Ways to Work Together

Three ways to work together, depending on where you are.

Client Work

Have expertise, a method, or an idea that could become technology? I take responsibility from concept through working product. Most engagements start with a scoped first phase or MVP, and continue if it proves itself.

See what I build

Ongoing Build Partnership

Already have technology in use that needs to keep moving? I stay involved after the initial build, monthly, with defined capacity: improvements, architecture decisions, and the next priorities turned into working software. Continuity without building a team.

Advisory

Not sure what should become software yet? I can help identify the opportunity, define the product, determine what belongs in an MVP, and map the path from internal idea to working technology.

What Your Expertise Can Become

Your advantage may already exist inside the agency - in a methodology, workflow, dataset, process or idea. The opportunity is to turn it into something the agency owns.

See what I build

Make the agency better

Turn repeatable expertise and internal processes into tools that make research, delivery, decision-making or operations faster and more consistent.

Build proprietary IP

Turn a methodology, dataset or way of working into software clients can use - something distinctive that competitors cannot simply copy from your pitch deck.

Take a product to market

Turn an internal idea or successful MVP into a production product, from V1 through the technical foundations needed for commercialization.

Depending on the problem, that may involve AI applications, automations, agents, conventional software, APIs or MCP servers.

How I'll Work With You

Clear steps, fewer surprises, and momentum you can feel.

01

Define

Clarify what is worth building, who it is for, and what success looks like. We agree on a tightly scoped first phase.

02

Prove

Build the MVP and put the idea into working software. Test the important assumptions before committing to a larger build.

03

Build Out

If the MVP proves itself, turn it into V1, strengthen the product, and where relevant prepare it for commercialization.

FAQ

Software built around something distinctive your agency already knows or does. That might be an internal tool, a client-facing application, a platform, an automation, or a new commercial product. The common thread is that the agency ends up owning it rather than renting it.

What does your agency know that could become technology?

If there's a method, process, dataset or idea inside your agency that could become something more valuable, tell me about it. I'll help you work out whether it's worth building and what the first step should be.
